Adult Psychiatry

While my practice is centred on psychotherapy, at times mental health challenges also require medication. By working with a psychiatrist, you benefit from my expertise as a specialist clinician and my medical training.

I take on a number of adult patients for general adult psychiatry. I generally treat people who are aged 18-60, with a wide range of disorders, including psychoses, depressive illness, anxiety disorders and personality disorders. I’m a sounding board in a safe space as you work towards understanding the issues or triggers impacting your life.

 

Under my care, you will be well looked after if new prescriptions, a change of doses, or coming off your medication are part of your mental health journey.
